  • The foundations of the current company began in 1978, with the creation of an unipersonal company founded by Armando Merano. At the beginning of his career, He sold and transported fresh produce in the northern Italy’s markets. From this humble beginning, he then further specialised in the transport and outsourcing business.

  • Between the 1990s and 2000s, the company grew, and today, growth and innovation within the company is still the main objective.

  • June 14, 1996, Armando’s son, Pasquale Merano, took over the company. Over the years, He acquired the experience, skills and expertise allowing him to become manager of Merano Trasporti. Pasquale’s focus for the company has ensured that the objective goals will be reached and ensure business continuity.

  • In 2014, Pasquale’s sons, Gionathan and Stefano, began working for the family business adding to the leadership of this company. This is the third generational step.

  • The short and long term goals for the future have been well defined by the company’s current objectives. Through a clear strategy over the next few years, the company will seek to diversify and improve the volume of business.
